Perfect for a larger group with good location however didn’t meant our expectations. Pictures make it look nicer and unf Positive: Great size for a larger group and nice location. Host was responsive and helpful. Negative: It wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. Dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. Floors felt dirty. Pool wasn’t clean and mold on outdoor seats. Tv wasn’t hooked up to normal tv and cords everywhere.

Beautiful, huge, comfortable! Positive: Really beautiful property - it has everything you could need and very beautifully furnished. The beds were SO comfortable, plenty of towels for the whole stay, lots of pantry/essentails stocked. On a busy road - but no road noise from inside the property! Fans throughout, air cons throughout, plenty of bathrooms/mirrors for large groups! A little out of the way, but for a massive house it’s well worth it - 15 min drive to most attractions and fun things to do! Negative: The front door was a little tricky to unlock - outdoor spaces/chairs/lights could use a bit of a spring clean! But still beautiful spaces to sit at with a coffee and relax.

Our small school group of young women and staff thoroughly enjoy this house. This is our second visit and we will be ban Positive: A wonderful place to relax and chill. Negative: Nothing

Excellent Property To Accommodate A Large Group Positive: Excellent location. Property had everything plus more that our large group required for a very comfortable long weekend. Would highly recommend

Did the job, without meeting expectations given by the nice pictures Positive: The ability to get a large amount of us under one roof in the one place. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and dining room were sizeable, and well appointed. The pool and outdoor area were quite good, although it was getting cool when we were there so we couldn’t utilise it thoroughly Negative: The pictures hid the fact it was quite run down in various aspects of the property in our opinion. For the price we paid, a bit of upkeep is probably required. One of the toilets feels like it’s about to fall over, some holes in the flooring, some timber outdoor stairs were unsafe. The train line right behind the house was quite noisy
